Comedian Anthony Richardson
ABOUT
Anthony Richardson is a comedian and writer.
He is the man behind the smash hit Youtube series Bad British Sports Commentary, which has notched up over 8 million views.
He is also one of the men behind ESPN’s anarchic football series How Will They Line Up?, now in its 4th season. He also co-writes and voices ESPN’s monday-morning webseries The Premier League In 90 Seconds, and can be seen presenting FIFA Focus for Red Bull.
In the UK and over 20 territories worldwide you can see his 60 minute improv comedy TV show The First Hour, on Sky Channel 290 in the UK.
And if that isn’t enough, he seems to pop up on comedy channels everywhere around the web, including Guardian Football, The Football Republic, KickTV, Jimmy Conrad’s BRILLIANT Youtube Channel, Whistle Sports, Coke TV, Rule Em Sports, Bleacher Report, Grantland, Bloomberg, Red Bull and many more.
He nearly won a Reed Short Film award for his short Pablo Picasso: Actors’ Headshots, and did win a Drum Media Award for his ESPN comedy series FIFA Fantasy League. He wasn’t aware the series was even up for an award so didn’t turn up to the ceremony, and only found out he’d won the day after.
